New Clearwater

Once a distant suburb at the southern end of Freedom City, this community is now cut off by the nuke crater to the north. After the Collapse, a dangerously violent cult took control of this town and began building up an army of fanatics, which recently began sending suicide bombers to attack Freedom City.
