Low level mobs often found in and around freedom city, they pose little threat to low level players and even then they often get the attention of FCPD cameras, providing backup for the player. As they often aggress newbies, they can be a valuable source of FC/WU reputation when killed in conjunction with an FCPD enforcer contract.

By feeding them enough it is possible to get your very own pet! They understand stay and follow, and are prone to dying very quickly.
