Zardoz

A tough NPC abom who hunts anyone in the Necropolis Gate who has at least 500 FCEF rep or -200 Abom Nation rep. His tohit and dodge are both obnoxiously high, meaning unless you're a gunner your best chance to kill him without losing 90% of your health in the process is to stun him. Unfortunately he was recently given 30% or 50% (I forget which) stun resistance, so have fun with that.

Hugging him has a 25% chance to stop him from aggroing you permanently (uncomfirmed).
