So, a Luchador needs both decent reflexes and endurance to make it.
Wrestle affects your ability to strip clothing from people after you successfully grab them. This enables you to remove the dirty soaks they may have so that you may beat/shoot/stab/rape them senseless. Wrestle also affects the ability to use of headbutt (see Hooligan) effectively.
The wrestle skill uses both reflexes and endurance, and is directly affected by the Brute Strength mutation, which gives, along with other things a +1 bonus to wrestle.
Wrestle can be tagged in character generation by taking the Luchador mask in dreams of before.
