The Wide Stance

Low ceilings and narrow, twisting spaces invoke a feeling of claustrophobia in this shady, dimly lit bar. The faded wallpaper and dark wood paneling were obviously quite luxurious at one time, but have long since fallen into disrepair. Stained glass ceiling lamps yellowed with decades of nicotine buildup hang from brass fittings, their already weak glow filtered through a cloud of cigarette smoke that lingers at eye level.

The Wide Stance is a bar in Slagtown, south of Freedom City. Heath runs the place, a shotgun wielding and tweed jacket wearing badass. Or so he claims. He also sells booze to underage characters, a useful fact. Sitting in the bar can de-stress you somewhat. Downstairs is a generator that acts as a power source.
