Teach is a Brains skill that allows you to teach skills that you know to other players, requiring you to have the very RAW level that you want to teach or more in that certain skill and a high enough teach level.

Even this character with 18 Brain and 1 Raw in Teach will not be able to teach anything that he has at 15 Raw himself up to the maximum of 15!

There is no tabel or list that shows what level of teach is required to teach to a certain raw, yet.

The character without the teach skill would have only able to teach up to a RAW of 2, even though he had a total Teach Level of 9 and the maximum RAW potential of 6.

Teach Level & 'Teach' command

Every char has the "teach" command, which will open a List of Skills he can teach, including the level that he can teach it. typing "teach" will also show your teach level, regardless wether you have the teach skill or not.

typing TEACH ingame will show you a list like the following, note that the second one was checked right before learning teach 1 Raw.

How to use Teach and how it works

SO to teach, you need:

A teacher with at least the RAW in the certain skill that you want to learn from him.

Enough XP to learn the next level of that certain skill.

No money, because he will gain an amout equal to 10% of the XP that you pay for the skill.

You will automatically be taught to the next level, as long as the teacher has that or more teachable RAW.

If those requirements are met, you people meet up in the same room and the teaching person types "teach SKILL to YOUR.NAME"

[ You offer to teach YOUR.NAME about medic. ]

You will recieve a corresponding message like this:

[ TEACHING.PERSON offers to teach you medic for 660XP.  Type 'learn medic from TEACHING.PERSON' to learn from him. ]

If you follow the instruction (type: learn SKILL from TEACHING.PERSON) this will happen:

[ You spent 660 XP. ] 
[ You feel your medic ability improving! ] 
[ Your clone has been updated free of charge. ] 
[ TEACHING.PERSON no longer offers to teach you about medic. ]

And the Teacher will get this message:

[ You earned 66 XP! ]
[ You no longer offer to teach YOUR.NAME about medic. ]

If you wait 20 seconds or something, the offer will automatically be canceled.
