Sonic scalpel

A sonic scalpel is a relatively useful weapon that you will catch blades-using newbies using quite often. Even some older players use them, due to one of their most prominent aspects: going through armour to cause direct bleeding(? Uncomfirmed. Please correct.). This means that even if someone is wearing a leechhide exosuit it will cause the same damage to them as someone who is naked. However, the actual damage is not anything to write home about: slight bleeding and very slight slashing. (exact numbers?)
