Karnivore Punks do loads of Bullet damage. This can be countered with Caballero clothing, and other armor with high bullet resistance.
They are worth 900$ per kill through Karnivore Killing Contracts which can be procured at City Hall in NW Freedom City or the Contract Shop in Slagtown.
