An item that is used to inject various chemicals into the body. They can range from taking care of various diseases to increasing your combat capabilities. Relatively consistent, successful usage requires at least 7 Medic skill.

| Allomycin Hypo | Can cure most diseases you'll probably get starting out. |
| Speed Hypo | Inject some speed directly into yourself. |
| Berserker Hypo | Makes you go into a fighting frenzy. |
| Viromycin Hypo | Cure that AIDs that bitch gave you. |
| Spider Antivenom Hypo | Now you don't need to suck that venom out. |
| HIV+ Hypo | Give that bitch some HIV. |
