OK troops, as you know, we get a lot of repeat customers in here. They don't like to be kept waiting, and the complaints have gone through the roof.

Familiarize yourself with these faces:

Ghost Dog - Ghost Dog can usually be found hanging out in his apartment, north of Astral Complex in Gangland. Besides his normal deliveries, Ghost Dog has also been looking for his lost manga.
Roy Poorman - old Roy likes to wander around quite a bit. He gets pretty hungry punching people all the time. You might ask him about that, too, if you get beat up during your delivery runs.
haggard old man - The haggard old man spends most of his time at the beach, reminiscing about the days of yore.
Slim Stabby - Slim Stabby is shady as hell. He's always hanging around the docks over on the east side of Freedom City, waiting for packages.
Chester - Chester is just inside the Sharpton Projects Interior. You shouldn't even have to deal with the rats if you're smart about it.

Now, even though they don't like being kept waiting, if you find a package somewhere that some inconsiderate jackass never delivered, it's better late than never to deliver.

REMEMBER: Hoarding packages that you find until it's time to complete the job again is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, and even though we have no way to know you're doing it, you should feel ashamed of yourself.
