A tough NPC abom who hunts anyone in Necro (other than South Necro) who has particularly high FCEF rep or particularly low Abom Nation rep. His tohit and dodge are both obnoxiously high, meaning unless you're a gunner your best chance to kill him without losing 90% of your health in the process is to stun him. Unfortunately he was recently given 30% or 50% (I forget which) stun resistance, so have fun with that. Oh and when you do manage to kill him you get a whopping -500 AN rep.
Fuck this guy.
