Sneak
If you do something Bad in front of a FCPD or other police camera, you do a Sneak roll first. A successful Sneak roll means you get no stars for whatever horrible thing you did. You can grind sneak by, well, doing horrible things in front of police cameras. Hideous Freak gives +3 to sneak, but that's almost entirely crippled by Freak's cool debuff.
