Location
The Rodger Young is located near Botany Bay and is rather far from Freedom City. Reaching it by foot is time-consuming and requires lots of climbing, so living in the RY is reserved for people with Blink or Flight, or for people who want to stay away from FC. Luckily, Botany Bay has many amenities, making it an adequate substitute for FC for many needs.
