Methamphetamine, also known as crank or speed is one of the drugs in hellmoo. A speed hypo always provides a dose of 3mg, while rocks of crank can be broken down until they're at their minimal dose, which is 1mg.
You can get addicted to meth, and if you go beyond your dose limit, which is determined by your Endurance, then you might get a heart attack and die. You'll start getting messages about it soon enough if this is the case.
