Lurleen Estates

An apartment complex far to the west of Freedom City, situated just north of the unsettlingly quiet village of Lurleen. Its distant location makes it inconvenient for some, but it's also one of the nicer complexes outside of the Corpclave and Burbclave areas (and the somewhat higher than usual rent reflects this). Living at Lurleen Estates confers all the benefits (plenty of vacancies, a less popular target for thieves) and drawbacks (bare-bones shopping, non-central location) of real-life rural living.
