Fat Ratzo

Fat Ratzo is the morbidly obese mob boss responsible for the Mafia of Freedom City. While he might not look like much, he carries a Samaritan and is pretty good with it; on the rare occasions that he's somehow managed to mutate third arm, he has been responsible for the deaths of numerous people. He offers a wide variety of jobs for newbies, including Delivery Boy and Hitman, as well as the journals for Crack Bomber and Interceptor.

It is possible to put a bounty on another player via Fat Ratzo. The syntax for this is: hire Ratzo for <dunkass>, however, there are a few rules to this:

• To claim a bounty you have to cut the head from the corpse of the target (yes, this means you can't collect bounties on people with silicone skin) and deliver it to Ratzo. The head must have been cut within the last five minutes so you aren't able to store up heads to turn in whenever theirs a bounty.
• Ratzo only pays out either the maximum cost of the bounty, or an amount close to the recloning cost of the target. (so you don't profit from having a buddy kill you to collect it, except for having the bounty taken down)
• N-tags and people in carebear corps can't have bounties placed on them (for obvious reasons)
