Drugs are substances which alter either your stats or your perception of reality. Some, like weed and tobacco, are fairly benign while others, like heroin and crank can have some pretty bad side effects. Popping pills and shooting up requires very little med skill and assuming you're not so retarded you're verging on comatose you'll always be able to use them.

Doing hard drugs while having low Endurance is a Bad Idea - you can suffer fatal heart attacks. Aspirin and the Jarvik 24 heart Implant help with those.

Drugs and their effects

Heroin (Opiates) - -1 brw, -1 brn -2 brw, -1 brn, -1 ref -3 brw, -2 brn, -1 ref, -1 col -3 brw, -2 brn, -2 ref, -1 col, -1 end, +1 sen Increases shock resistance and removes shock faster, good against Screech. 6mg is a guaranteed OD. Nausea, stat debuffs, random scamming.
PCP - +1 focus -1 brn, -1 end, -1 sen, +1 focus -1 brn, -1 end, -1 sen, +1 focus -1 brn, +1 end, -1 sen, +1 brw, +2 focus Very easily shrugged, very short duration. Increases the focus buff that THC gives you. Causes vivid hallucinations and can make you jump off buildings or do other crazy shit. 7mg is a guaranteed OD. None.
Halo - +1 brw, + 2 sen, +2 end, +1 col ? ? ? No apparent OD dosage, wears off quickly. Debuffs Brw/Sen/End/Col depending on how high it is.
Caffeine (Soda/Coffee) - - +1 brn, +1 sen +1 brn, +1 sen +2 brn, +2 sen Duration maxes at 10 drinks. Expect to pee a lot. None
THC(dude weed) - +1 foc -1 ref, -1 end, +2 foc, -1 ref, -1 end, +3 foc, -2 ref, -2 end, +3 foc, Large destress every heartbeat. Buffs focus by up to 6 and craft by up to 3. Causes quick hunger gains that cap at 200. 12mg max, 10mg+ has a chance to KO you. None
Nicotine (Tobacco/Cigs) - - +1 col, -1 end +1 col, -1 end +2 col, -2 end Slight passive destress. Makes you cough randomly and stuns you with low endurance. Chance of causing cancer. Coughing stuns
Catfish - +1 brn, -1 ref +1 brn, +1 end, -1 ref +2 brn, +1 end, -1 ref brain damage Doses decay randomly and might spontaneously go from 4->0 in the middle of crafting. 5 doses give you brain damage. Migraine headache
Peyote - +1 sen +1 sen, -1 cool +2 sen, -1 cool +2 sen, -1 cool, -1 ref Each bite contains 2mg. Causes fear when you enter combat while dosed. +5% XP that stack with Psilocybin. None
Psilocybin (Shrooms) +1 sen, +1 focus +2 sen, +2 foc +2 sen, -1 brn, -1 ref, +3 foc +3 sen, -1 brn, -1 ref, +4 foc - Lasts an extremely long time and gives trippy messages. Causes fear when you enter combat while dosed. +5% XP that stack with Peyote; good way for Freaks to buff Focus. Might make you try to have sex with anything nearby. None
Stimutac +1 brw +1 brw - - - Makes you horny. Eating food or drinking alcohol under the effect of stimutacs might make you throw up. None
Beef juice box +1 brw - - - - Rare drug sometimes found in Slagtown hospital. Must be administered to you by someone else. None
Frenzy +1 brw, +1 sen +2 brw, +2 sen +3 brw, +3 sen +4 brw, +4 sen - Not actually a drug but frenzy hypos can be found rarely in Slagtown hospital. Severely reduces focus and brain skills, but improves feint resistance. None

The following drugs aren't removed by detox kits: THC, Catfish, Peyote, Psilocybin, Frenzy.

Hallucinogens

These pills all cause unconsciousness, so use them with proper discretion.

Q-tablet

Bought at Barry's Rainbow Dream Emporium for 15 dollars a pop. They allow entrance into the Quake world, a mental realm modeled after the famous Quake FPS.

Blue Horsepill

Available at Barry's Rainbow Dream Emporium. It's possibly a reference to the Blue pill in the matrix and transports you to a work where everything is weak and easy to kill. You gain no XP or IP (unconfirmed) by killing, but it is a good way to relieve stress.

Jerkpill

Transports you to the jerk realm, an area consisting of two locations, under the sink and the surface of the moon. This area is inhabited by 3 talkative aliens who do little more then make puns and insult you. Also available at Barry's Rainbow Dream Emporium.

House pill

Transports you to your childhood home, where your father bitches at you. Depressing, but only costs 7 bucks at Barry's Rainbow Dream Emporium.

Eyeball

A candy eyeball bought in jars from Barry's Rainbow Dream Emporium for a tidy sum of 375 dollars. Transports you to Humanitymoo, a world of blind griefers and helpful people. Thankfully, it's effects are relatively short.

Old pill

At 750 bucks a pop (from Barry's Rainbow Dream Emporium) the old pill is quite the expensive trip, though its also quite a long one. Brings you to the Museum of Oddities and allows you to explore, assuming you find the secret passage way into the building proper. Exhibits include a stuffed beefalo, a hyperintelligent flying penis and a book detailing the history of KREW.

Other pills

More pills, but these effect stats or something else, rather then transporting you anywhere.

Black pill

Poison. Not always deadly, but never fun.

Birth control pills

Assuming you're not retarded and have never had sex/are completely incapable of inferring meaning from a name I would assume you know that these decrease the chance of pregnancy (when taken by a girl, of course).

Aspirin

Helps old people and drug users survive heart attacks. Since aspirin works as a platelet aggregation inhibitor.

Stimutacs

A reference to Sealab 2021. Increases brawn and makes you horny. Has a pretty long lasting effect and can't be overdosed on.

Rejuvex

Removes a small amount of cloning age. Has no effect on chronological age.

Intravenous drugs

Ones injected with a syringe.

Allomycin

Sort of the penicillin of Hellmoo, cures many common diseases including black lung. If you're sick in Freedom City, chances are that it can be cured with a shot of this.

Speed

Boosts to reflex and endurance, has a habit of causing addiction and making you twitchy. Addiction causes you to randomly attempt to scam people as well.

Heroin

Taking heroin makes you resistant to shock and helps you get over shock faster. Addiction causes random scamming as well.

Smokables

You smoke these, dipshit.

Weed

De-stresses you very quickly at the price of successive and cumulative reflex, endurance and brawn stat damage, and constantly increasing hunger - have fun getting spammed with "You're starting to feel a little hungry" for a half hour or so. Also buffs focus and craft. 8mg dose is enough to knock you out.

Tobacco

Boosts your cool and lowers your endurance. Various smokes leaves a trail of smoke in the room. Causes random coughing that can stun you. High enough endurance negates even the effect of nicotine and the addiction and withdrawal effects. However, if buzzed on nicotine you also get a small amount of stress relief.

Snortables

Goes up your nose.

Cocaine

Boosts your endurance, cool and reflexes. But is also addictive.

Crank

Works the same way as Speed (they're both Methamphetamines), can be scavanged in the Crack Mansion. Used to complete the pusherman job.
