You can find these useless old farts in the Final Rest Home (RH on map) just east of the Crack Mansion (CM) in Freedom City.
The common oldies are very easy, they do not have good resistance/soak to anything, poor dodge, and only deal about 0-5 damage. However, there is a mob called the 'war veteran' and they carry rifles which can be devastating if you aren't wearing armor or don't have soaks from mutations like zombie or high density. They always carry flak jorts and a flak jacket which each sell for about $36.
The contract pay for old people in the Eugenic Cleansing contract is $70.
