-The Brain Surgery Kit is a high-[[medic]] piece of kit, that allows experienced players to fix the brains of people who can't look after them properly. You can tell if you've got brain damage because you'll get messages saying so and the majority of your stats will be reduced significantly, even going into negatives in some places. Diagnosing yourself with {{cmd|diag me}} or the {{cmd|tac}} command will confirm it.
-If you keep getting shot in the head by your corpmates, keep dying in the fighting pit or just manage to walk into a sledge hammer, you may damage your brain, resulting in a semi-temporary stat loss.
