Ran by Avram, this is quite a shit shop. He'll purchase most of the things you Scavenge (provided a more specialized shop isn't needed to buy them. like weapons at Am for example). Avrams tends to have a long list of random garbage for sale, some of which can be useful for crafting. Most of which is garbage.
