As far as enemies go, if your {{cmd|Appraise <someone>}} skills aren't up to it, you'll find through hard experience or easy reading that crack babies are a little tougher than orphans, and crackheads are a little easier than Alvin, on average. Crackheads drop "valuable" loot that you can sell, and most [[corporations]] will have a crackhead contract, which will net you a small cash prize per kill. Crackheads are also the first potentially aggressive mob you will encounter in Hell - there's a random, perhaps less than 5% chance that a crackhead will attack you for no reason, so if you're right on the borderline of being able to kill them you'll want to play it very safe, just in case.

Crack mansion generally gets crowded right towards the end of the day as people try to rack up the last easy IP for their little-used skills. You can stumble around blindly and attack every crackhead you see by using {{cmd|Hunt crackhead}}, but this will probably end up pissing people off. It's a little easier than typing "kill crackhead" every time you see one, but if you walk into a room where someone is already fighting, you'll attack "their" crackhead and potentially steal the kill!

The Crack Mansion!

This is the safest place to be, besides the Orphanage. Safe, of course, being a relative term. It's marked as CM on your map - it is E,N,W,W,N from the AnyPort (AP on your map). There are several varieties of crack babies and crackheads to be found here, plus a fair assortment of loot containers full of usable or sell-able gear. The roof and/or stairs are a great place to jump or push people from. There's even something resembling a "boss" in here on the second floor.

As far as enemies go, if your Appraise <someone> skills aren't up to it, you'll find through hard experience or easy reading that crack babies are a little tougher than orphans, and crackheads are a little easier than Alvin, on average. Crackheads drop "valuable" loot that you can sell, and most corporations will have a crackhead contract, which will net you a small cash prize per kill.

You can stumble around blindly and attack every crackhead you see by using Hunt crackhead, but this will probably end up pissing people off. It's a little easier than typing "kill crackhead" every time you see one, but if you walk into a room where someone is already fighting, you'll attack "their" crackhead and potentially steal the kill!

You can also grind your Medic skill easily by healing hurt crackheads, and they'll even pay you depending on how hurt they are. You might even find someone who appreciates you healing "their" crackhead, if they're intentionally grinding a weak skill against one. You can also try to heal other players, if they'll let you.

There are even some errands to run in the mansion, if you know who to ask about the job. It's also a good idea to always carry a cocoon when in CM, since it will occasionally get blown up by people who can't be bothered to warn you beforehand.
