Sweaty Palms, SP on the map, is a fairly popular place to buy an apartment. The security is moderately good (better than Br, at least) and the rent is not too high, even for beginner players, so long as they have a decent way of keeping up their money to pay the rent on time. Sweaty Palms can be found in Freedom City.
Renting
The rent is good, and the security sure pays off.
On the display you read: There are currently: NO VACANCIES / VACANCIES Rent per game month: $150 One-time resident fee: $1000 If you wish to rent an aparment here, type 'rent'.
Location
File:SP Location.PNG SP is, infact, not that far from Br. This makes for a short trip if you're only just deciding to move out of dingy old Br, which is fairly handy when having to use a Hover Platform.
