Located in the northernmost room of the Abandoned Subway Station in the Subway Tunnels deep below Slagtown.

Effects

Ultraclotte gives the following effects:

   +2 to Endurance
   Immunity to the bleeding status effect

Advantages

Cannot die from bleeding, slight boost to Endurance-based skills. Great alternative to bleeder for brainy characters, as the extra endurance helps with drug-taking and fighting for long periods of time.

Disadvantages

Incompatible with the bleeder mutation, which means no frenzy-on-command.
