The orphanage is a newb zone. This is a great place to go if you're lookin' to grind up your skills as a low-leveled character.
There are a few quests in the orphanage. You can kill rabid orphans for $50 each. (Orphans that when looked at seem to be foaming at the mouth, are rabid.) Sister Agnes will pay you for these orphans. Use the command "-agnes pay" to seek payment for your deeds.
