This location is accessible to the player through flying, swimming (good luck) or boating. To get the oil rig operational, players must figure out which room is damaged and repair it. Occasionally, the rooms may require certain items to complete the repair; typically, the player will be notified which item they need. Fortunately, most - if not all - of the replacement parts and items can be found within the oil refinery itself, either through scavving or in the toolbox.
