The Groinex nanopoultice is used to mend a pulled groin. You can tell if you've pulled your groin because you'll get messages saying so and there will be some stat loss, mainly in reflexes, diagnosing yourself with "diag me" or the "tac" command will confirm it.
 
If you're training in the gym and you don't drink enough jooky to relieve [[Working_Out#Basics_of_Working_Out|muscle fatigue]], you may pull your groin which will bring stat decreases and reduced movement(?). If you have a [[first aid kit]] carrying an groinex nanopoultice is redundant.
