Cascadia is a nation in the lore of HellMOO, after Freedom City and surrounding countries were formed from the shambles of the west coast.
Not much is known about Cascadia, except for the fact that they used to use Coventry Island as a penitentiary and are more than likely the reason Cerberus and the Basilisks exist.
