Mr. #1 Bling Bling! a jewelry store is located in Freedom City, open from 9:30am to 11:45pm. It is at 500 third ave. This shop is rarely visited; while Bling is very useful, gold ruby rings and black pearl necklaces are the best way to max out bling bonuses, and neither are sold here. They can often be found at the Galleria instead. The inferior alternatives sold here aren't worth the asking price, since good bling is still very cheap.
