-Karnivore punks are a high-level enemy that can be found in Nukem Academy, which is located in southwestern Slagtown (NK on the map.)
-Karnivore punks do loads of bullet damage. This can be countered with Caballero jackets and pants, along with other armor with high bullet resistance.
-They are worth 900$ per kill through karnivore killing kontracts which can be procured at City Hall in NW Freedom City (CH on the map) or Rough Trade in Slagtown (KH on the map.)
