-These are quite obviously healing items. They have 3 charges and generally cost $450 from an NPC. If you&#39;re lucky enough, you can discover a source of them in the Crack Mansion. These items have three charges to a Trauma Kit&#39;s ten. However, Nanites deliver massive burst healing upon use, recovering a great deal of your health in a very short amount of time. They also heal you once more after use, however the amount healed the second time is signifigantly less, and comes about signifigantly slower. Unlike Trauma Kits they can be use multiple times in succession.
