Injection Junction, located on the north side of Freedom City, is home to both Doctor Nick and a list of recently-sighted mutations. If you want to have implants installed or are looking to find where a mutation is located, this is the place to go.
To have an implant installed, give <implant> to Nick. Doctor Nick will tell you the price of installing the implant and ask if you want to go ahead with the installation. Use -Nick <Yes/No> to reply.
