Injection Junction, located on the north side of Freedom City, is home to both Doctor Nick and a list of recently-sighted mutations. If you want to have implants installed or are looking to find where a mutation is located, this is the place to go.
To have an implant installed, give <implant> to Nick. Doctor Nick will tell you the price of installing the implant and ask if you want to go ahead with the installation. Use `Nick <Yes/No> to reply. If you answer yes, he will install the implant; but be warned, Doctor Nick is a bit crazy and will likely injure you and cause bleeding damage in the process. It's a good idea to be a full health when beginning the procedure and you might want to have a suture kit handy.
To read the mutation list, simply read list. This will provide you with a listing of all known mutations, as well as what zone they are located in.
