A barren cement structure that once held a shop of some kind. A few metal rack support poles are still embedded in the concrete floor. The acoustic panel ceiling is long gone, but some of the metal strips still hang down. A large, colorful banner is stretched over one wall. An FCPD cam is bolted high on a wall here.

Then, simply walk to where your heavy items are, and load them in!
