Halliburton Arms is a high end condominium complex. It's on Keaton Avenue, Burbclave, north of Corpclave.
HA features a five room home for the low cost of $500,000 up front, and $2,000 per month. Each of the five rooms can have additional roomkits installed in it, and security is pretty good - the floors are electrified, and the spiderling security guards are armed with curare guns and can't be pre-nuked.
The security at Sweaty Palms and Helliday Inn is still generally better, however, because of the strength and proximity of the FCPD. Unless you really want a whopping five rooms, this place is quite superfluous.
