Gulf of Stockton

The Gulf of Stockton, sometimes referred to as the New Ocean, is where you end up if you swim out from the coast into the ocean on foot. The gulf is absolutely huge, consisting of hundreds of tiles of ocean, where you can drown very easily beneath the deep ocean.

While swimming in the Gulf of Stockton, you may sometimes see boats off in the distance/on your tile, and you can board such boats.

Swimming in the Gulf seems to take 4 movements to make 1 boat movement.
