Welcome to the Corporate Shopping mall!
The Galleria is basically a mall. Corporations are able to rent out a shop inside the mall for a certain amount of money. They must then hire a NPC to run the store. At that point they can stock the store with any item they wish and set the price for it.
You're likely to find the item you're looking for in here. Beware buying packages as they turn out to be filled with worthless shit. Also be sure to first examine items in the case with the command
app item in case. It wouldn't do any good to buy that expensive leech hide jacket, only to find out its at 1/3 durability, now would it?
