Displays the various statuses a creature (including yourself) is currently affected with. The result you see is affected by your medic skill -- the higher your skill, the better the chance of getting a detailed result.
At the very least, you'll get a vague idea of the creature's health level. With greater success, you can estimate how much life they have remaining.
You can also find out about what statuses the creature currently has, such as if they are drunk, high, fatigued, or horny. You can also see what statuses you can cure.
Note: You have a bonus to your chance of success when you diagnose yourself.
