Babymomma's are useful only for farming monster babies for a couple of achievements/journals. Give them any food item, and they'll let you sex em up. If you do it right they'll say they feel something kicking inside of them.
Propecia is an unique, weak babymomma that is in the Crack Mansion
Babymommas are surprisingly tough, tougher than serial killers, and can fuck up low xp characters.
