The Whips skill governs your chracter's ability to effectively wield any lashing weapons you may come across in hell. Effectively weilding a whip demands that your character has the reflexes to properly strike wtih a whip, and the sensitivity to determine when to strike. Whips weapons usually tend to do mostly slash damage, and tend to be extremely fast.
