Twitchy Nerves is a mutation that improves player Reflexes, but at the cost of a penalty to Senses.

Twitchy Nerves is located in Vault 4 in the Wasteland.

This mutation grants:

    +2 to Reflexes
    -1 to Senses

This is one of the few mutations that increases reflexes, and the bonus is significant enough to improve all reflex-based skills by one full point.

The penalty to senses is small, but problematic for players who wish to have high Focus for Blink.

   He/She/Be seems a little jumpy.
