There might be something cool about enduring torture..
Training
Impossible besides learning from an NPC or gaining 1.00 raw via making it a tagged skill in character generator. It can also be gained 0.10ip at a time from the Baby Farmer job.
Uses
As of very recently, the torture skill gives you a bonus to critical hit chances for all whips, and any weapon that can burn, shock, or deal acid damage to people. It's also used in the creation of woman suits.
