Ran by Avram, this is quite a shit shop. He'll buy most Scavengeable items you attempt to sell him, but does not buy food, weapons, armor, clothes, or recreational drugs, which must be sold at more specialized locations. If you hand him a pack or bag (by using sell bag for instance) he will empty it of any items tagged as artifacts and buy them, and return the bag when you leave. Avrams retails the items sold to him, resulting in an extremely varied inventory mostly consisting of crafting ingredients and useless artifacts from the past.
