Rock leeches are relatively chill dudes who hang out in the depths of adamant canyon. If you've got ultraclot and/or okay slash/stab soaks there's not much to fear. Of particular note, they can be butchered for rock leech hides, used eponymously for leech-hide gear-- which is popular among those who can afford it.
