A mutation that gives a player claws for use in climbing and combat. It is a pre-requisite for becoming an Abomination and is mutually exclusive with Nimble Fingers. Ripper is a very unpopular mutation, oweing to its minor buffs and immense cost.
Location
Ripper is located in the vampire nest deep within the mines located in the northeastern part of the Mountain Pass. If you're very low XP, some of the mobs here may pose a threat to you. Most fists builds take Stench; musk grants mostly safe passage. Otherwise, an escort may be necessary.
The mutation spot is on the second level of the mines, which is pitch-black; a light source will be needed. The tile is across the southern end of the underground river, right next to the forge.
Effects
This mutation grants:

Advantages
- +1 Fists, the only real reason anyone takes this.
- Can butcher and rend (see Bleeder) without a blade (and fish without a pole, though you'll kill the fish).
- Neat claws that have a high crit rate, which looks pretty on paper.
- Fulfils a pre-requisite for Abomination.
Disadvantages
- -1 pilot is minor but significant for stupid fisters.
- -3 medic is a pain in the ass. Many fisters already struggle with medic.
- Nukes your craft. -4 is hard to fully recover from as a fister, so you'll be hindered if you ever want to make planes.
- Can't wank without inflicting huge bleeds and damage on yourself. Fisters have great stats for rape, so this isn't that bad, but you will forget and accidentally bleed yourself half to death at least once.
- Claws are mostly useless. Knuckle busters cost pennies and are much better.
- Incompatible with Nimble Fingers, one of the only 2 mutations that boost Reflexes.
- +1 fists with no stat bonuses is a really small bonus for the heavy downsides.
- +2 climb is a wasted bonus, fist builds already have great climb due to their stats.
- Alvin from the orphanage will beat you up if he sees you. He's not strong but will catch low XP players off-guard.

He/She has big fucking bone claws sticking out of his/her arms.
