A UFO has gone down over crater rim. Find the bureaucrat and bring him back.

"broken arrow -- A classified flight went down recently. We have reason to believe a high-value individual survived the crash. Get to the crash site, find him, and bring him back to City Hall alive."

This job contract, Broken Arrow, can be purchased at the CourtHouse in Freedom City. Once you sign the contract, it discloses the location of the crash.

There are 3 main locations for this job:

• Southwest corner of Maas-Neotek
• Southwest corner the wasteland
• Middle of mountainside

You must escort the bureaucrat from the crash site to the Court House building in Freedom City. Simply find him, then tediously make your way back, with him in tow. There is a time limit, but as long as you keep moving it shouldn't be an issue.

Notes

• If you have leap but your climb sucks, these missions can be tricky. The bureaucrat won't climb down if you leap, so you'll have to climb.
  
• Remember to stay no more than one square ahead of the bureaucrat, as he tends to wander if you let him get too far away.
