Rednecks are a bunch of people in Crater Rim who live in trailers or trailer-looking structures. Their culture seems to be more or less about drinking moonshine and talking like stereotypical rednecks.
Rednecks aren't hostile to outsiders, so you shouldn't be afraid to move amongst them. Rednecks are armed with a variety of weapons. Even though some of them may have something as menacing as a chainsaw, they are not very skilled with their weapons. They're not a very big threat, but you shouldn't take them on too soon. The most notable thing you can do with them is killing them and getting their moonshine for the moonshiner job.
