You can find this mob in RH (final rest home) just east of CM (crack mansion).
The common oldies are very easy, they do not have good resistance/soak to anything, poor dodge, and only deal about 0-5 damage. However, there is a mob called the 'war veteran' and they carry rifles which can be devastating if you aren't wearing armor or don't have soaks mutations like zombie or high density. They always carry flak jorts and a flak jacket which each sell for about $36.
The contract pay for old people is $70.
