What is a nanite healer?
These are quite obviously healing items. They have 3 charges and generally cost $450 from an NPC.
These items have three charges compared to a Trauma kit, which has up to ten. However, nanites deliver a massive burst of healing upon use, recovering a great deal of your health in a very short amount of time. They also heal you once more after use, but not nearly as much as the initial burst. Unlike Trauma kits, they can be used multiple times in succession. They're extremely useful for a quick heal during combat - you can
