Lurleen Gas Station is found in the Village of Lurleen, towards the west of Slagtown. This is a great stop if you need to fuel up something, unfortunately, it doesn't hold an alcohol pump, so it's just normal fuel. The price of the fuel varies from time to time, currently it is set to $1.4 per liter.
There's nothing else to add really, a few Deadbots may patrol this area from time to time, but that's about it.
